About the event
What will the day look like?
Students arrive at 8:30 a.m. and the day concludes at 3:00 p.m.
For our young authors (Grades 3–12) and young artists (Grades 6–12), the day begins with a guided museum tour, searching for a work of art that speaks to them.
Authors use the writing workshop model to craft their stories, receiving valuable feedback from peers and teachers.
Artists explore the museum to spark their creativity, then work in their chosen medium—sketching or photography. Like the authors, they benefit from constructive feedback from both peers and teachers.
